AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE HEIGHT OF STRUCTURES AND TREES AND THE USE OF PROPERTY IN THE VICINITY OF JAMESTOWN, NORTH DAKOTA, MUNICIPAL AIRPORT

Whereas the city council of Jamestown, North Dakota, considers it necessary for the purpose of promoting public health, safety, order, convenience and general welfare by protecting the lives and property of users of the Jamestown Municipal Airport and of owners and occupants of land in its vicinity to adopt airport zoning regulations as authorized by North Dakota Code 1943, chapters 40-47, 40-48 and 2-04;

And whereas, a public hearing on such regulations was held on February 4th, 1949, after fifteen days' notice, at which parties in interest and citizens were given an opportunity to be heard, as required by such law,

Be it ordained by the city council of Jamestown, North Dakota, as follows:
