§ 10. Penalty for violations; enforcement by injunctive proceedings.

Each violation of this ordinance shall constitute a violation of the City Code and shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment, and each day a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, the city council may institute in any court of competent jurisdiction, an action to prevent, restrain, correct, or abate any violation of this ordinance.
