§ 5. Nonconforming uses.

No airport zoning regulations adopted under this ordinance shall require the removal, lowering or other changes or alterations of any structure or trees not conforming to the regulation when adopted or amended, or otherwise interfere with the continuance of any nonconforming use, except as provided in paragraph (3) of section 6.
