Chapter 28. MOBILE HOME PARKS AND TRAILER PARKS

§ 28-3. Amendments.

The following are amendments or additions to the rules adopted in section 28-2:
(1)

A license fee, as established from time to time by resolution of the city council, shall be assessed annually, payable January 1 of each year.

(2)

A mobile home park shall consist of a minimum of ten (10) units and forty thousand (40,000) square feet of area.

(3)

It shall be unlawful within the city limits for any person to park any trailer or mobile home on any street, alley, highway or other public place, or on any tract of land owned by any person, occupied or unoccupied, except by special permission of the city council. No automobile trailer or mobile home shall be occupied or used for human habitation unless located in a licensed mobile home park or trailer park.
