Chapter 28. MOBILE HOME PARKS AND TRAILER PARKS

§ 28-4. Fire hydrants generally.

Fire hydrants within a trailer park or mobile home park shall be served by water mains of at least six (6) inches inside diameter with a minimum flow of five hundred (500) gallons per minute at the hydrant. Hydrant outlets and hose coupling threads shall conform to those used by the city fire department. No trailer or mobile home shall be at a distance greater than three hundred (300) feet from a hydrant, measured along the street. No parking shall be permitted for ten (10) feet on either side of any fire hydrant.
