§ 28-2. State health department rules; adoption by reference.

Chapter 33-33-01 entitled, "Mobile Home Park Rules," and Chapter 33-33-02 entitled, "Trailer Park and Campground Rules," of the Administrative Rules of the state health department are hereby adopted in full by reference thereto, save and except such portions as are deleted, modified, or amended by section 28-3 which rules are now filed in the office of the city auditor, and the same are hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, and the provisions thereof shall be controlling with the city.
