§ 8.6. Lot coverage by building.

A.

The percentage of lot area covered by a main building and accessory buildings shall be no more than the following in each designated district.

1.

P-O-C and A-1 Districts — Ten percent.

2.

R-1 District — Thirty percent.

3.

R-2 and R-3 Districts — Forty percent.

4.

C-1, C-2, M-1, and M-2 Districts — The same as in R-3 Districts for dwellings, motels and auto courts. No requirement for other buildings, providing the yard and the parking space requirements herein are satisfied.

B.

Lot coverage exception. Plant greenhouses and accessory buildings on general farms and small farms, not more than fifteen feet in height, may cover up to the following percentages of the area of a lot not covered by the main building and other accessory buildings.

P-O-C Districts — Thirty percent.

2.

R-1, R-2 and R-3 Districts — Twenty percent.
