§ 8.7. Minimum floor area required.

Any dwelling, except any in a dwelling group, as defined herein, shall have a first floor area of not less than the following size in designated districts.

1.

All districts. First floor area of not less than seven hundred twenty square feet, exclusive of area of any attached garage.
