§ 8-3. Same—Application.

(a)

Application for a bicycle license shall be made to the police department. A license fee, as established from time to time by resolution of the city council, shall be paid to the city before each license or renewal thereof is granted.

(b)

Upon the sale of a licensed bicycle, it shall be the responsibility of the purchaser to make proper application to the police department for change in ownership registration and payment of the license fee as required for an original application.
