§ 3-2. Posting handbills.

  • Anyone who shall paste up, stick up or post handbills, placards or posters, or make, print or mark any word, letter or advertisement of any kind upon any private house, store or other building, telegraph, telephone or electric light post, or upon any fence, wall, railing or other private property without the consent of the owner thereof, or who shall paste up, stick up, nail up or post any handbills, placards or posters of any kind, or make, paint or mark any word, character or letter except in compliance with the requirements of law in the posting of legal notices, shall be guilty of a violation of this Code.
