§ 3-1. Use of sound trucks, loudspeakers, etc., prohibited generally.

No person owning, leasing or operating any building, structure or vehicle shall play, use, operate or permit to be played, used or operated any radio receiving sets, musical instruments, phonograph, loudspeaker, sound amplifier, sound truck, or other machine or device for producing or reproducing of sound for the purpose of advertising or attracting the attention of the public to such building, structure or vehicle.
