Chapter 10. CARNIVALS, CIRCUSES AND OTHER AMUSEMENTS

§ 10-8. Revocation of licenses.

Every license issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be issued with the distinct understanding that such license may be revoked by the city council at any time after the issuance thereof, when, if in their opinion such license is not properly conducting the business for which the license was issued.
