Chapter 10. CARNIVALS, CIRCUSES AND OTHER AMUSEMENTS

§ 10-7. Issuance of licenses.

Latest version.

Any person desiring to obtain a license under the provisions of this chapter shall make application to the city auditor and shall pay the license fees as designated by resolution of the city council. Any license issued pursuant hereto shall specify the amount paid and the purpose for which the same was paid.
