§ 8.2. Rear yards required.

A.

Rear yards of at least the following depth in designated districts are required:

P-O-C, R-1, R-2, R-3, C-1 and A-1 Districts. Depth equal to twenty-five (25) percent of lot depth but not less than thirty-five (35) feet is permitted nor more than fifty (50) feet required in P-O-C Districts, and not less than twenty-five (25) feet nor more than forty (40) feet in the other districts.

2.

C-2, M-1 and M-2 Districts. Depth of fifteen (15) feet, provided, that on any lot adjoining any P-O-C, R-2, R-1, R-3, C-1 or C-1-S District one (1) additional foot of depth shall be provided for each three (3) feet of building height in excess of thirty-five (35) feet.
