§ 8. Yards; lot sizes, open spaces.

Yards, lot sizes and open spaces shall be as required in sections 8.1 through 8.8 and in other sections hereof, for buildings hereafter erected in districts, except as otherwise provided herein. Minimum open spaces and facilities in C-1-S and C-2-S Districts shall be as required in section 8.8.

No lot shall be reduced or diminished, and no structure shall be so enlarged or moved, as to reduce or diminish the yards, lot area or open space required herein for any building, and no yard or open space on an adjoining lot or parcel of property shall be considered as providing a yard or open space on a lot whereon a building is to be erected.
