§ 5.3.1. Uses permitted, R-2-A Districts.

A.

Uses permitted.

1.

Uses permitted without use permits in R-2 Districts and all restrictions applying to such uses.

2.

Multiple dwellings and dwelling groups, not to exceed a twelve-plex.

B.

Uses excluded.

1.

Placement or storage of portable toilets; provided, however, portable toilets shall be temporarily allowed within the district for use by the owner or tenant of the property, their guests and invitees for a period not to exceed seventy-two (72) hours. Provided further, the term of the placement may be extended by written permission of the office of the zoning administrator of the City of Jamestown.
