Chapter 10. CARNIVALS, CIRCUSES AND OTHER AMUSEMENTS

§ 10-5. Same—Carnivals.

For carnivals, amusement devices or any aggregation of attractions or acts, not otherwise enumerated in this chapter and to which an admission fee is charged, the license fee shall be such as the city council by resolution designates.
