Chapter 10. CARNIVALS, CIRCUSES AND OTHER AMUSEMENTS

§ 10-1. Licenses required.

It shall be unlawful for any person within the city to exhibit any carnival, circus, menagerie, museum, collection of curiosities, or show of any kind without first obtaining a license from the city auditor. No person shall use the streets of the city for exhibition, parade, or advertising purposes without first obtaining a license from the city auditor.
