§ 15. Hearing on final plat.

The planning commission shall hold a public hearing on the final plat before taking action thereon in a case where the requirements for preparation of a preliminary plat is waived. Notice shall be given the same as required herein for notice of a public hearing on the preliminary plat. No hearing on the final plat shall be required if a hearing was held on the preliminary plat, except that the planning commission can elect to hold such hearing and give the required notice thereof if desired.
